Q. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Our goal is to have your order in the mail to you within 24 hours after processing it. We try to get it back to you the same day.

Q. What happens after I send in the completed Board Article quiz for grading?
When we receive your quiz, we will grade it and record it in your file. You must receive a score of at least 70% correct in order to receive credit. You may only receive credit for an article once. No credit will be given on duplicate articles. Our office will only keep track of articles purchased through us and those published in the California Medical Assistant. Please maintain your own records of other education credits.

When your Board Article quiz has been graded, we will send you a letter detailing the most recent credits recorded. Please retain these letters for recertification. If you would like your quiz back, please note that when sending us your quiz.

If you would like a complete listing of all of your education credits, please send us a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Q. What terminology book should I use for study?
There are many great terminology books available at your local book store. You probably have one from when you were studying to be a medical assistant. We do have one book that we sell from our office. It is an introduction to medical terminology using the body systems approach.
